Reflexology - Therapeutic Massage - Craniosacral Therapy.

“Foot and hand reflexology is a scientific art based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all body parts. The physical act of applying specific pressures using thumb, finger and hand techniques result in stress reduction which causes a physiological change in the body.” American Reflexology Certification Board www.arcb.net

Using specific thumb and finger pressure, reflex points are stimulated. The body can be mapped out on the feet and hands. For example, the big toe is related to the head. When a reflex point is stimulated, it brings about a response to the related area. Pressure on the reflex points of the foot or hand can feel good and bring about relaxation.

BENEFITS of REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology does not cure disease. Reflexologists do not practice medicine, and reflexology does not replace medical treatment. Since many health issues can be traced back to stress, reflexology therapy can be a great aid to self-healing.
Reflexology breaks down and releases toxins; and assists in relaxation while increasing circulation. Clients report relief of many problems: migraines, back pain, neuropathy, sleep disorders and many other stress related disorders. You will feel refreshed and relaxed at the end of your session!

You are invited to help balance your health by making an appointment with Connie!
